Not entirely sure this clip is Euro, but it doesn't seem to be an American production.

They don't really say much. The guy speaks English with some kind of accent, I think. It's hard to hear. There is an English speaking woman narrating, also with an accent, and she calls them Jane and Robert.

Neither male or female appear american to me.
A woman (with english accent) narrating a film is something that was common in older Private movies. But without having seen part or complete clip it is difficult to make a proper assessment.

I don't see any mention in the FAQ about posting links to clips in this manner, so hopefully its OK.
