We may have stretched things from time to time with regards to US performers and US productions, all thanks to the mods' unlimited patience and tolerance.
But I don't recall that much off-topic discussions involving JAV material.

I adore Japanese culture but their porn is frustrating for several reasons:

1) For a nation who's censors are so offended by pubic hair that they often pixelate their porn, there's a LOT of hairy men and women. Why they don't just shave it off so they don't have to censor it, I'll never know. And the amount of pixelisation is just enough to allow people to still be easily offended and yet to piss off those who want to see more. So no-one is happy.

2) Considering Japanese girls are some of the best looking women on the planet (my opinion, other's may vary), it's frustrating they are always teamed up with the least endowed men imaginable. Some Japanese men have medium/large wangs just like everywhere else. Yet only the maggot men make movies.

3) You can't tell if a Japanese girl is enjoying sex or hating every second of it as they make exactly the same sound either way. Listening to the soundtrack of a Japanese orgy DVD is like walking through a seabird sanctuary. And they look as if they're about to burst in to tears whether they're having a great time or not.

The best Japanese porn is when the girl's are brought to America or the UK and given a proper seeing to by well endowed blokes in uncensored films. These are rare though.

I have several problems with JAV porn movies.
First the pixelation, which means I might as well watch a Disney movie as you cannot see anything that is remotely erotic or electrifying.
The other is it takes forever to get the action going. Usually in a scene some 15-20 minutes go by with endless gropings, rubbing through underwear, silly sex toys.
The way the actresses behave, and they seem to be always reluctant partcipants or experiencing pain or discomfot.
Everything looks like P.O.V.
Worst of all the males are horrendous looking and I have no idea where they go to recruit them. On top of that they are not well endowed. And often they wear condoms, and even their faces are pixelated.
Yes some US actors (blacks mostly) have gone to Japan to shoot scenes there, but 99% of the time you can't even see their faces or dicks, so it makes little sense in wanting to recruit well-endowed blacks, as they become faceless and dickless.

It's relatively easy to get uncensored JAV but the other 'defects' [read: different
cultural concepts] are still there. And the ugly men with tiny dicks : -)

organized crime, and finding willing girls outside that system is apparently quite
difficult.

I have heard from an apparent good source that hiring a Japanese female performer for a sex scene is exceptionally high (around 5,000 euros!). No wonder it is such a tight closed industry. You could not affort them even if you could snag a performer.
There are quite a number of uncensored JAP hc movies. I can't give you the links to where they could be obtained as the mods would not allow it. They are the regular "mainstream" stuff, but very little uncensored stuff fuilters through that would be considered "unusual": incest-themed, pregnant, lactation, bestiality. With regards to bestiality, I know the forum rules don't normally allow discussion on this topic but just in passing the dogs' dicks are NOT pixilated, but as soon as the female's private parts come into view, that is pixilated. Very weird!
