I am not sure that that is the film pointed out by Ridley.
VMD has produced/released a number of movies with the title of "secretaire" or "secretaires", one of them with Katsumi I believe.
That picture you posted is from a videomagazine, so I don't know what picture they slapped on the cover or what movie it is being referred to or whether those two girls just serve as models for whatever discussion is inside the videomagazine.

I have that magazine, and inside the only photographs and article that corresponds to the front page is the one with the following title: "Tournage: La Secretaire un film de Rebecca Lord."

Even Carle Cox is mentioned in the article and looking at all the photos it seems the front page girl with glasses on the left is Eliska Cross.
