This title does not seem to be in the EGFD database, nor have I found any discussions about this movie in this forum (at least not under that name).
It has been released in Germany by Toro.
It runs about 98 min
It was directed by Gino Rivolta and the on-screen credits are:
Marisna Menotti, Nora Chessna, Lynn Rose, Monika Magnus, Claire Thomas, Candy Cay, David Perry, Richard Lengin, Brunbo Sx, Cedric Malraux
Possibly produced about a decade ago from the looks of the performers.

Marina Menotti is listed in EGAFD as Maud Kennedy
I believe one of the performers is Amy Rose (probably billed as Lynn Rose), but not sure
Monika Sweethheart is billed as Monika Magnus (appears at left of box cover)
Claire Thomas is in EGAFD as Linda
Nora Chessna is apparently in EGAFd as Verena
Candy Cay is Delfynn Delage

Maybe- filmed nearer '99, when Monica/Sandra were still ultra-cute and hadn't
yet taken their anuses across the Atlantic.

I'll go with that. Defintely no later than 2001.
I don't how what the quality of the original DBM (VHS) release was, but I was surprised by the high quality of the Toro DVD re-release under the new title. From the looks of it, they didn't just rip the VHS version, but seems that they probably went back to the original source and remastered it.

Monica looks very different to me [and much cuter] in her early Euro appearances,
say up to the time of her Euro Angels scenes. Thereafter she began to take on
a different, maturer, look- possibly with a bit of surgery, but more probably a
makeover: "Monica-lite", if you will..... I loved that sulky/pouty thing she had
going on in her early days [and her willingness to take a fisting!], but went off
her big-time when she went full-on Stateside. She then won me over again with her
performance in the Polanski parody/homage "Sweet Bitter Moon"- and I think it's
no coincidence that this was a European effort.....

DBM as usual are being most unhelpful, renaming these releases and repackaging
them in such a way as to make it quite difficult to track down the source. It's
well worth doing though- because, as you say, they seem to have been remastered
rather than simply transferred.
