I'm not a member. Can't understand why you need to be a member for passing on information (IAFD allows submissions without any registration).
But do you mean that all the contact e-mails at the bottom of the EBI home page don't work for you?

CONTACT
? Bunny
? Sbando
? Frigo

Like I said, I am not registered in the EBI web site, so I don't know how things work there. But to submit a name or change you need to be registered (don't know how simple it is, as it seems from time to time they may stop registration acceptance and can only get there if you are "invited") and there is a special page/place where you can do accomplish that.

Try that route if they don't respond to your e-mail(s)
Can't help you more than that.

Try sbando. He's usually the most reasonable one among them.

From the looks of it, the EBI discussion forum does not appear to be very active as of lately, and does not seem to want to open registrations for new members.
That being the case, we can be of no further help to you. If they have no interest in wanting to keep the forum active, or answer your e-mails, well there is not much we can do at our end. Let it go.
