I'm not sure. It looks a lot like XNK3235 but the face seems a bit thinner.
At any rate, it seesms to be a Basil Sandford-directed DBM title [that basement
bar has appeared several times]. Males are DBM/Sandford stalwarts Ronnie Weber
and Csoky.
