Don't know the name of the actress but I think the guy is Lauro Giotto. The money she is giving to him is the 1000 hungarian forint bill. Considering that now is 1000 forint is about 4 euros, I can say that this is a relatively old movie, made possibly in the early 90's.

Yeah it looks like early '90. Maybe the woman is not La Venere Bianca? I looked up Giotto's films but the earliest movies date back from 2001.

You're right it's Lauro Giotto and the movie is called Damen Club (2003). However, she doesn't seem to be La Venera Bianca, she appears listed as unknown with 3 alias.

Never for a moment did I believe that woman in question was Venere Bianca. The woman is way too old, and she sported a lot of wringles on her face. Then I did not understand that strange hairdoo or cap she was wearing.

I'd go with Maria Kandor.
