It all becomes a question whether it can be clearly captured on video (and whether there is really a "market" for it), and whether that is what the director is trying to capture or achieve. It is already difficult enough to photograph the money shot without trying to achieve other more difficult things.

I doubt you will find much material in hc movies where that type of activity was prominent or well captured/photographed. The movie director has to shoot a scene and finish as quickly as possible (production costs you know) and capture the all-important money shot.
