Possibly Italian.

Don't have 30 minutes to look at the whole clip, but for the couple of minutes I saw, I did not hear one italian word. I would hazard a guess and say eastern europe (I heard the women the women say "eeiiiaaa" a lot, which seems to suggest eastern europe).
