This seems to have been shot in the US, but oddly it doesnt look like its dubbed, but the guys are speaking german. I know that DBM did a lot of stuff in the us, correct?
Anyway, can anyone id this?

Probably shot in the USA (from the locale, and cars driving by).
From the looks of things I would say the scene is not recent, but shot some years ago.
The two males seem to be Jay Lassiter and possibly Reinhardt.
Have no clue as to the female or title of film.
