I would bet that she is not a known entity (i.e. porn performer).
I think it's one of those "personal" pictures (taken in their home, beach, etc) taken by people and posted on those various "mature" sites to lure you into taking a monthly subscription.

If we want to take it further, she seems to be living/visiting a condo home or apartment building with 22 floors. She is presently on the 20th floor. From her light clothing (pink top) seems to be in warm climate. She may be carrying some type of pass that allows her acces to elevator/building.
She has tattoo in pelvic area, navel piercing and fake boobs.
