For fake boobs to look at least passable, they have to "integrate" with the rest of body. You can't have bolt-ons like that on a skinny body.
This way, one nipple point westward and the other eastward. It gets downright uglier when they are lying/fucking on their back or in doggie position. It is a real horror show and you need the fwd button or Gravol to remove the feeling of nausea.

Alas someone keeps telling these girls it's a good idea, that their careers will be prolonged or their insecurities about their small breasts will be cured.

No-one thinks to tell them lots of guys think that small breasts are bloody lovely and that fake breasts look ludicrous.

Believe me they know. They have been told by their fans in various forums and blogs, and they still go ahead. Some of them have personal insecurties regarding their bodies and breasts and others see big payday with the acquisition of man-made boobs.
The bad part is the choice they make in the kind of plastic surgeon that will do the job, the type of boobs they are looking for, and how much they are willing to spend. The fake boobs to look appealing have to intergrate with the rest of their body. This is what porn performers do not understand clearly and the quacks that perform the operation are not really looking out for their best interests.
It gets worse when it is actually the porn company the performer is working for or plans to work for, that pushes them into getting fake boobs.
To take it a little further, just look at any large escort company and the photo galleries of the girls/women who they represent, and see how many have natural breasts vs those that have clearly fake boobs.
How many porn performers do you know that really have very good fake boobs or that perhaps you had no clue that they were fake? Not that many...

I've said before [and severally, at that] about these butchers [you cannot

If trained at the state's expense, they should be made to repay the fees in full,
and sent to work on genuine-need facial reconstruction cases in the Third World,
