Sorry, don't know if she's European. Actually, I don't know a damn thing about her. Been trying to ID for months, with no luck.

Would it be too much to ask, when posting such requests and pics to explain where the pics were obtained from (web site, what information if any was gleamed at the time the pics were see, etc), whether there are more?

Shay Jordan is close, but I don't she's quite there.
The quality of my photo would seem to dicate someone with an earlier birthdate than 1985.
