My analysis is based on an Italian version I saw.
The on-screen credits read as follows:

Running time: 86 min

Basically an old man is dying, and has reunited his two daughters he has not seen in the last 10 years (the two girls are not even on friendly terms and have not spoken to each other for the last 3 years). He is a porn producer/director who has accumulated a bit of money and wants to leave it to whichever of his daughters proves to be the most promiscuous and uninhibited. His notary Liberti will record all sexual encounters with a video camera and the old man will view them and decide at the end who is the most worthy.

Supposedly Dagmar is the first to capitulate and agrees to the scheme, and Veronica also goes along with it, in an effort to get at her father's inheritance.
