I have come across this video box cover which indicates that the director is Roberto Malone. I have no clue what movie credits show.
IAFD makes the same observation about Malone.

It was viewable when I performed a "preview" of the post as well as when I checked back a few minutes later.
Here is the link to the photo (of video boxcover), which hopefully should work.

Odd to some extent. But a certain number of foreign (Mario Salieri) movies have such oddities with either names of performers or directors altered when released in other territories.
Perhaps it would be valid (for me) to ask is Renzi an alias of Malone?

Actually, I was referring to the thing with the pic :-)

But yes, the other thing is- as you say- somewhat odd too. But then the whole
World That Is Porno is largely populated by villains, eccentrics and downright
loonies.

The original Italian version clearly shows (in the on-screen movie credits) the film director as Marco Renzi. Whether he is an alias of Roberto Malone, I am not in a position to say or even speculate.
Why the FM distributor put the name of Roberto Malone on video box cover is also unknown (FM made a mistake, Renzi and Malone are really the same person, it would make it more "marketable" with Malone's name on the box cover, etc), and I doubt whether they would want to explain to us mere mortals.
