She is rather well known, but her name escapes me right now. If I am not mistaken she even did a preggo tape.
Doing some search through IAFD using someof her tattoos as guide will turn up her name, if no one else can ID her for the moment.

Indeed it seems like this O-Pearl chick and her friend Lady Madeleine shot a few dozens tapes in the past decade or so. And none of us here at EGAFD ever even took notice.

On the other hand, time is on our side. Since professionally shot productions here in Europe have been falling down in numbers at logarithmic pace in the last few years, eventually the database will manage to catch up with the shitload of production that seemed to go unnoticed previously.

I came upon O'Pearl a few years back when I was working on and compiling a small database involving porn performers who also did porn scenes/photo layouts (in pregnant state).
At the time I only saw a box cover showing her tattoos and piercings and in pregnant state, but I could not find anything on the web at the time about her so I left it at that and completely forgot about her. When I saw dingbone's post it certainly rang bells but I could not recall her name at first and it nagged me. She seems to have churned out several movie titles but neither IAFD nor EGAFD has taken note of her existence.
So who will unearth and list all her movie titles (no not me, I am not well suited for this type of work)?
