If it wasn't a John Thompson/GGG production your best chance then may be to look at Puaka movies of that period. They also shot a lot of 'sperm party' themed porn.

Given the period and the type of flick, your 'German star' may have been one of the following:
1) Carmen Herzog http://www.egafd.com/actresses/details.php/id/c00267, first and foremost she was specialized in mass oral sex (appeared in GGG tapes too) and that kind of thing with jugs really fits her modus operandi.
