Who's the mature?

Who's the mature? Or any ID of the rest of the actors that can help identify her would be welcome too.
The clip does not play well for me and the audio is not in sync.
That aside, I easily recognize Ursula Cavalcanti in the role of "Gloria", with a couple of easily recognizable males: Nick Lang as Gloria's husband, and Leslie Taylor as "Albert", the boyfriend of Gloria's sister "Samantha".
With a quick search it can only be LE VOGLIE DI GLORIA (2005,Top Line)
The other female (long dark, straight hair, tattoo on her arm, small breasts) would be Giulia Cavalli in the role of Samantha, and the other male (gray hair, pony tail) is Andrea Benetti in the role of "Willy", the new servant.
I would assume (from IAFD breakdown) that this is the 3rd scene of that movie.
