Lion's large breasts were a bit sagging at some point in her career and she decided to jack 'em up a bit. Good choice.
Somemtimnes I wonder how these foreign distributors think up these titles and how they re-do the box cover art.
In the original cover the title is shown as LA CALDA NOTTE which literally means THE HOT NIGHT. In the Colmax French version they spiced it up as OTAGES ABUSSES, and in case you may have missed what that meant right underneath they put up an English title ABUSED HOSTAGES. In the Colmax box cover they pushed Laura Lion in the background, and instead of 5 cast names they brought it down to 3.

Hmmmm..... given that porno folk are usually lazy and ignorant, it presupposes
that someone actually took the trouble to watch the Italian film [or at least look
at some screens]; and then to expend mental effort in thinking up a new title.

I find this annoying and encouraging, in about equal measure.
