It was she on the cover ?
It seems unlikely they're the same girl.
In the GGG there are [AFAICT] only three girls: Vanessa [16], a short brunette;
and this blonde, who to me bears little resemblance to 'Raquel':

Aside from the coincidence of blonde hair and thick red lipstick do you have any
evidence to support this contention?
