Unless there is another one that looks pretty much like her, I think it is the same midget that appeared in a Nacho Vidal movie a few years back.
I would have tocheck.

Unless I am greatly mistaken the Elene/Helena in EGAFD is the same midget billed as "Dominika" in
Nacho: Latin Psycho 2 - Crazy Assylum (2002,Evil Angel). She is on the box cover. She has the same body and facial features, and short hair. Have a look.
