'Caro' does not refer to this actress.
It's Susi Webstar who plays Caro and she is also credited as such in the end credits (as Susi Web in the opening credits).
The woman currently listed as Caro is credited as Sarah in "Teenies auf der Sex-Akademie":

I suggest that you rename her to Sarah (this is also her pseudonym in "Berliner G?ren").
In "Lollipops 18" she appeared as Klara, Thekla or uncredited.
At inflagranti.tv she is called Sabrina.
