It has been suggested she's a post-op tranny. I'm no gynaecologist, so

Hard to tell from that just one pic.
I have seen some male to female sexual "reconstructions" that were just terrible to some that would fool many people (even in huge close ups of their "vagina") if they did were not aware.
From that just one pic it is hard to tell.
The other problem is even if you look at her filmography and see who she was paired with in the (Italian) movies she made, it would not lead you any closer to the truth, since a lot of the Italian male actors have done trannie scenes.
So basically Italian titles are highly suspect that they would tell you anything significant or that they would be truthful.
However Cavalli has at least done one important movie for Private (Private Bukkake 3: Milk Shake-2005) and Private is not a company that would play fast and loose with something like that, and hide it from other performers or from consumers.
Where did you hear those rumours?

I have to admit, her facial features (in the EGAFD photo gallery) show someone with male traits.
But not having examined her movies, it is hard to tell how she moves and more particularly how "her" voice sounds like.
Are there are brief clips on the web, where one could make a better observation>

I have had the opportunity to view the Giulia/Leslie Taylor scene in VOGLIE DI GLORIA (2005).
Unfortunately you can forget about making any analysis of the voice and dialogue, as the whole movie appears to be dubbed in post production.
The breasts are small, and in some positions seem to move naturally, while in others they appear to be fake. If they are fake and small, why would Giulia have settled for such a small set?
The body has no curves. The top of the shoulders are high and thick. I can see no discernible adam's apple (but that means nothing much either). The other significant thing (other the vagina, which I will get to in a second) are the hands: they are long and pudgy and not feminine (since she is slim why would the hands be pudgy?).
As to the vagina, it does at first look appear to be average and normal. However at the bottom part there just seems to be a gaping hole and no discernible pee hole.
Just on the basis of the analysis of this scene, it is hard to draw strong conclusions. I wish I would be able to hear her real voice. Her body shows no strong female curves, the face looks masculine, the hands look masculine, the breasts (small as they are) seem to have been retouched, the vagina looks a bit strange. There are certainly strong signs (on the basis of this scene alone) to suspect the she is truly female.
