The girl on the second picture (Ina Dyter from Exzesse junger Frauen) is not her but Sheyla Cats.

There are also the AKA's "Lady Berlin" and "Ines Reber" on the performer-page of this Ines but at first view I'cant see movies with this AKA's in her filmography.

Those are all hangovers from the long-running Ines Reber-Sheyla Cats thing.
Hopefully now straightened out.
