Clip is badly edited or badly synchronized. Unable to tell. Even if it were dubbed, usually they really don't use that kind of well accented (American) English.
At the very beginning, the male embracing a blonde girl seemed to be Dillon Day. Perhaps I'm wrong. It goes by too quickly and the video/sound quality is not that good.

Kristina Black, whom I believe, perhaps contrary to
appearances, to be reolutely American.
