Please help identify this actress

Hello all,
could someone help identify the woman in this video:

I've been searching in vain to try and find either the actresses name or the film that the clip is taken from, I've tried searching on-line and using the database but can't seem to get an answer.
I would assume that the woman in question is Italian but any help or suggestions would be most welcome.
Apologies if posting URL's is not considered poor etiquette (I'll remove the link and try upload an image instead).
