Recently I discovered some new information. It might not be of interest to many, but I found it interesting, and step further to working out the location of the house, which is probably located in France.

The film:

There is an old guy. No one seemed to know who he was. It is Pierre Petiniot. Here is a still from Mit Faust und Schwanz: Lustvolle L?cher - hart gestopft. (left to right) Pierre Petiniot, Eric Weiss, Draghixa.

Pierre Petiniot has appeared in a number of films, from what I have seen, they tend to be non sex roles. In real life he is a taxidermist. Look at all the stuffed animals in the house. Putting 2 and 2 together, it makes sense to assume Mit Faust und Schwanz: Lustvolle L?cher - hart gestopft , along with some other films were all filmed at Pierre Petiniot?s house.

Armed with this info, it helped solve who was credited, as it never seemed clear who played Dr Faust, and who played Animal Pr?parato (Taxidermist)

On a side note. I have read Pierre Petiniot?s wife appeared during atleast one film (possibly more). The film is called:
Old Ladies Extreme: Alte Stuten hart geritten

This is simply an educated guess on my part.
