Sorry for being crotchety- Len's had me FF'ing endless scenes of Carol
Bloody Lynn all night, to get to the good [i.e. non-Carol Lynn] bits....
I assumed you'd been around long enough to know the 'form'.
Ta for the pics- you might in future want to downsize them [say, to 200-300
kb] before upping them to the host, or they'll take ages to download.
Still only the three girls- I took a look at Den's review and can't imagine
what bloody film he was watching. He lists SEVEN girls....... and iafd's
breakdown doesn't remotely match his.
BTW, are you SURE that's a DVD release? Can't see the usual 'DVD' flash
on those covers- to my bloodshot eye they look more like VHS artwork.
=====================================
Sure, blame everything on me.
As if I had a wonderful time for the last couple of days doing cartwheels
trying to make sense of titles/movies I never saw and that were made
some 20 years ago.
Then these producers/distributors have the gall to accuse people of
pirating their stuff. They reissue movies with different titles
and put either no names or silly cast names and here we are wasting our time
and energy sorting all this out 20 years later. They should be donating
money to EGAFD and slavers like us.
Their "movies" (I am being diplomatic here) we have to pay for, but all this
research and info is all free.
The late Den was a disaster with foreign movies. Most of the time, especially when
he started doing the reviews around 1997 he had little knowledge of European movies and
performers, and he would just simply say the "brunette", "blonde", "red haired". His
review output was amazing (perhaps around 4-6 reviews per day). I exchanged some e-mails
with him from time to time and I had some issues with him especially when describing
scenes involving 2 or more girls, and he would say "anal" or "DP", "facial" or something
like that, but would not indicate which of the two-three girls did that.
Euro movies in the beginning of CAVR were not his specialty. He did what he could with
them but don't berate him for that. He just did not know the makers or performers well. But he
took the time to record the release and the content of the movies that passed through
his town. His site was taken over by IAFD after his death.
And to his credit, Den would often (rather endlessly, as you can see from hisreviews)
berate distributors for not properly identifying the performers on the box covers and
movie credits. It not only made his work more difficult, but he was also thinking
of consumers who had to rent and purchase those movies and not know
who was who in a certain scene.
Yes, it is obvious in looking at the (small) box cover I provided the link for,
you can see the different art work and DVD logo (
