French Black Lolita Series anomaly?

I'm looking to buy films in a French series called Black Lolita, having bought one and found it brilliant. Ironically Black Lolita 4 is available to watch free, though apparently not available to buy. There are similar oddities - films to watch but not to buy, at least in any straightforward way. I've looked in all the usual sites available when one puts a title in a search engine.
Can anybody help explain this apparent anomaly - and advise me about where I might get the films?
