Re 'Toni Veleti': the alias also occurs in 'Spiegel der Lust'; but all the
actresses in that are accounted-for in the credits, so I added a note that
it might be an oversight, or a male alias. I'm not too good on the more
obscure VTO males. I'll re-check 'FV' but for now have listed KR as uncredited.
