This is from a French-dubbed version I saw some years back.
The movie/cast/production titles were in English and only the main cast names appear
at the beginning of the movie:
Jessica Rizzo, Pamela Miti, Serena Marini, Eva Angel, Philippe Dean, Andrea Nobili,
Roberto Malone, Marco Toto
At the end of the movie complete cast names with their role were shown:
Jessica Rizzo...Sister Gertrude
Pamela Miti....Sister Agnese
Serena Marini...Sister Imelda
Eva Angel...Sister Agnese
Erika Roberts...Sister Davidica
Carolina Storaro ...Sister Adolfa
Philippe Dean...Egidio
Roberto Malone...Roberto
Andrea Nobili....Rifilibardo
Marco Toto...Evaristo
Silvio Evangelista ...Sister Men (odd name, which may explain the reason that
he is a man who disguises himself as a nun)

It is not altogether clear who is Father Brown.
At the beginning of the movie, an elderly man (referred to as Pere Bruno/Father Bruno)
receives a disturbing letter about sexual shenanigans going on at the church,
and he goes to see Father Raff (G. Bini). Then there is another middle-aged
priest (i.e. the one who had sent the letter) who is referred (in the French-dubbed
version) as Pere Carlos/Father Carlos.
I would suppose G.R. Production may refer to Gessica Rizzo, who has a promiment role
in the movie and that her outfit had produced it.
As to the question of 2 transsexuals in the movie, this occurs in a scene
with the blonde Serena Marini, Andrea Nobili and the 2 transsexuals. By process of
elimination, they would be the "sisters" referred to as Davidica and Adolfa.
These two she-males are also in
Transsexual Beauty Queens 17 (2002,Blue Coyote)
and can easily be seen on the box cover as "Erika" and "Carolina"
