The dialogue is all dubbed into English. The male in the scene is Omar Galanti.
I doubt she is British...

I checked the Private movies listed in IAFD (in Galanti's filmography), and nothing matches.
Anyway from his looks it looks this was shot some years back.
The English dubbing seems to suggest it was probably produced by a big outfit.
