I think so, I have seen her in the past in an other european production, maybe it was a dutch production...

Sorry, I got mixed up with the time-code on the clip.
The male on top (with blue-striped shirt) is Leslie Taylor.
The blond male below is unfamiliar to me.
The scene seems to be rather old.
