Might be worth keeping an eye out, as it could be relisted.

I've never quite been able to fathom how filmundo works [such sites tend to
be domestic-only and they've not provided an English text]... and if past
experience is any guide, buying/importing stuff from Germany is a major pain
in the ass.

One option is to cut and paste the text into Google Translate.
A second option might be to find someone located in Germany.

The third [and best] option is to wait/hope someone uploads it : -)

There is always this lazy option. But how long the wait?
If, when it shows up, you never know the quality, unless the Rip is from DVD or first generation Vhs, played on a quality video machine during the capture process.
I get the impression, once a film is ripped it is rarely ripped a second time (obviously there are exceptions). Once a bad rip is out there, that's it, job done. People fail to think beyond the internet bubble. Half these hard to find films are probably sittings on shelves in cupboards etc.

A couple of things about out of print (OOP) movies.
When it may be indicated they are a DVD/VHS rip it probably is not the case. Often
a second-third generation, which may be further worsened by exctreme video compression
There is usually no indication regarding the audio track (language), and you must suspect the worst, as you
may end up hearing German, Spanish or who knows what with a Russian male
with a deep voice doing all the voice-overs for both male and female performers.
Thank heavens there are no talking animals to contend with....
Beginning and/or end titles may be missing...
The audio is out of sync...
Sound may be tinny or very distorted...
It may have very large Dutch or Swedish hard subtitles, which obscures much of the action...
Basically a butchered version, but uploader could not find the
time or effort to provide some basic and helpful information.
