I saw this poor quality version on-line (streaming) quite some time ago. It had a German language audio, but with an English-speaking female who provided audio background info and running commentary as to what is transpiring on screen.
That version did not have a title or cast credits.
I will try to provide a synopsis based on the English audio commentary (I don't know to what extent it was faithful to the original German track).
Scene 1-2: Basically we are told that certain events are being planned at the "Villa-a-la-Love" (my spelling) and the busty blonde lady of the house Vanessa (Sandrine Boyer, with shaved pussy rather unusual for that time) is doing the rounds to ensure everything is OK. She stops by the kitchen, where the chef Rocco (a young, scrawny and dark-haired Gabriel Zero, here performing rare hc scenes) is busy preparing some meals. Vanessa is quickly aroused and starts making out with Rocco.

What transpires in scene 1 and 2 are intercut, but basically for each scene:

Note: Something must be said about how this scene was shot/edited. Most of the time the male's face is not seen. Why would this have been necessary? The cameraman seems to have taken some pains not to film the male's face. This arouses justified suspicions that it was not Zero who was doing most of the fucking, and might have been possibly doubled by Siffredi or Baillat. The only time you really see Gabriel's whole body and face in same shot are really a couple of sequences: [when Vanessa is being fucked in missionary you don't see his face, but you can clearly see Gabriel's ribs and rib cage], the next sequence when he is fucking the blonde in doggie and when he is jerking off over her breasts. His body structure was rather skinny, and in some parts the male seems to have a more fuller body (like Siffredi in the other scene), and the way we see the male stick his fingers in her mouth is something Siffredi generally does. The anal scene is suspect as well, as you do not see a rib cage and male has a mole in lower part of his right side, while Gabriel has a large mole further up. Even in the pissing scene the male's face is not seen.

Don't know whether this is a different version, whether what is in the DVD version differs from the original VHS release, or whether these pics/thumbnails may have come from another similar movie shot at that time (or possibly shot but unreleased material from VHS version). EGAFD mentions SEX HAMMER, which I have not seen).

On an historical note, a censored 81-minute VHS German-language version of WATERPOWER TEENIES did get released in North America in 1994.
