Personal note:

As this film deals with real-life poverty (Lolly as a beggar and have a look at Victoria's
shoes in the 1st scene-image as well...) the reviewer states that he can not find this
amusing, funny or forgettable. It's a sign of rather bad-taste and overshadows
the flawless and exciting performances of the actresses.

Usually I'd rate this film -8,5/10- concerning the girls...
Having these distasteful ambitions of the producers in mind,
it would rank towards a -5/10- or less...

I had to edit the bit about Vic's shoes, as the pic wouldn't load - and
besides, she might just have terrible taste in shoes* : -)


*If anyone's interested, I have an Illustrated Atlas of Eurobints Who Have
