Any help or clue about the name of the girl or the actor?

Would have loved to see the clip to get a better view and hear the audio (if
not obviously dubbed).
Very poor quality pics. Can't say I'm familiar with the male, although in some
shots the female looks something liker Sharon Kane (except the blonde has long hair and
apparently rather large boobs-real, fake?).
From the looks and clothing looks something like late 1980's or early 1990's.
