Year: Iafd states 2005. Inflagranti states, that Alexa [3] started in 2006. So I assume it is from 2005 or 2006.

There seems to be a interview with the before and after each scene, as noted at the back cover ("mit ganz pers?nlichen Interviews")
The interviewer isn't credited, but I assume iafd is right, as you can get a slight view on him from behind at 02:13, 26:30, 48:52 and 1:21:20 of the screencaps. Best one is from hotmovies. Putting all the pics given at hotmovies and from the screencaps together, I assume, that there is an interview with the domina (Lady Lou, Dona Lucia) before each scene and an interview after the scene with the other performers.
