The actress you added, seems to have a gap in her upper row of her teeth.

I think those distinctive moles militate against that - plus, the teeth
don't match well and in her scene she seems very different 'behaviourally'
to Noemi (including being a smoker).
But as always, I'm open to persuasion : -)
