No, sadly there is no photo-gallery included...
But I think you might be surprised of the decent quality...

After all the troubles with A/R and quite lousy quality of caps,
I googled around a bit on Saturday of what player
being the most suitable for "Screen-shots"

"MPC" = Media Player Classic was mentioned... got me a free-version
and I think and hope to finally have found the "Right-One" !grin!

It was just that some looked retouched, especially around the eyes.

I'm sure that if they HAD been from a gallery, you would have said so : -)

"Gallery photos" are always pretty different to ordinary caps... IMHO..
Mainly to be told by good quality, different/better light, the girls "posing" into
the camera eye and the setting is different, of course...
And there is no such gallery in here.... A pity, still...

The enhanced quality of caps here may also display way more of the "made up"
look of the whole film, that was very obviously taken from VHS and "smoothend"
for the DVD release.... Those films of late 90s /early 2000s are often
the ones to become rather obscure...
Probably a cause of decreasing sales and not knowing if to trust the VHS
still or to go full on DVD = Only small units of each were produced....
Also going on "DVD" for real meant investing in new cameras etc...
An expensive turn at the wrongest of times for many smaller studios, I suppose...
At least that is what I think about this "difficult-period".......

There are some truly stunning VHS remasterings, obviously done by
someone who loved and cared about the work - the Alpha France releases
of 70s/80s material, for example. Alas, perhaps sbceause of their weird
obsession with cramming three or more titles onto one disc, they ususally
cut entire scenes from the originals. The Lord giveth...

The majority of 80s/90s stuff ... well, we must take what we can get.

It may come down to love and of course time (= Money), one may invest into transfers.
And that is where love usually tends to end... !sad!

As I sensed in the long-gone review for "Girlies" it was cut-down to
pure non-sense...
There must have been long dialouge sections to explain why things
are so awful in that village as they appear to be.

The overbearing "uncle" (Mike Masters) of "Angel" (Susanne Nast) seems to
be the crucial part... But, we will never know.... !sherlock!

Thankfully this one is a rather crude exception, I suppose...

PS: I could make caps in the VLC or something; they look more fuzzy and less
made up... = Shading it back to more or less "realistic" looks, I guess...

Seems like you are very unhappy with these and that is not
what it should be about!

It is really easy to be done in the VLC, a small effort! !happy!

No, I wasn't unhappy - more, puzzled. In both sets of caps the eyes of
JB and MT look so heavily and oddly made-up that I thought they'd been
retouched - hence the q. about photos.
