Help old movie

Hello people. I've been thinking on this movie for like 15 years, and when I rented it on VHS, it was already about 10-15 years old, so I'm guessing it's from the late 70s or early 80s.
I have no info, no cover, no name (the name was overtranslated by local distributor and can't even rember it).
I remember little details about the script/plot, but one scene is etched on my memory.
At about half way from the movie, one of the actresses masturbate with what I believe was a saxophone or a brass like flute. It was a VERY explicit scene on a mostly softcore movie, and it was no longer than 10 seconds, but IT WAS AWESOME. And for years now I've been digging around but can't find the movies name lest the girls name.
I bet the movie was Italian, it had that general atmosphere that was later much used on other softcore movies from that country.
I hope that someone remembers it, or has any clue to lead me on the right direction. My teenager self will be very happy. And my current old self will get a fond memory back
