As I (or probably no one) here truly can tell if a "real" or "made up" credit is
given; discussing its 'reliability' won't take us too far, I fear.
To me it's simply a case where one has to make a decision:
Acceptable or not. That be it.
I don't see how else these cases could be handled.

I've tried to think of an example, but failed. If the contingency should
