In the cast and the scenebreakdown is mentioned, that it is unsure, if it is
Sylvia Green or Maria Papp.

I found a film ad in Pleasure Magazine #164 whith quite good stills of the film.
I'm sure it is Sylvia Green. you can remove imho the Maria Papp remark.

The spots below her right boob are an exact match:
