Well, it's from a DBM comp. so presumably it was originally one of
their scenes... with Black Jack/Gabor Kiss and that odd, gropey
bloke who appears in loads of their E Euro-shot flicks. One of the
later X-Rays or D Buster Lady Publishers but I haven't finished
revisiting/capping those. I can't recall any preggo scenes, though,
at the moment. And yes, I suspect she's a one-off.
Note the tat, too, on her upper right arm.

IIRC DBM used scenes from only 3 or 4 original titles, mixed up,
for each S'ausgabe volume. If we could ID some of the other scenes
it might help.

I'm a bit surprised about that preggo scene.
I recently read this interview with Dino Baumberger, where he states as following:

"Q: Are there any topics and sex practices at all, everything illegal, of course,
left aside, that you never filmed and would never publish?

I've assumed the original was DBM because I've never seen a
non-DBM scene in a Sonderausgabe.

Odd. Pregnancy IMO has everything to do with sex.
OTOH gas-masks or huge green plastic gardening-tools don't.
