O/T joining 2 vid clips

I have 2 mpeg files (one is 9 mins long, one is 10 mins long). Is there a way of joining the clips to make one file....without buying any specialist software or anything?

If you wanted to email me them, I`d be glad to join them up for you via Studio DV editing programme, even post it back on a CD if you wanted or email it back. Hows that for an offer ?
