XNK3229 is called Sarah in Club Seventeen magazines.

First I found scans with girls called Nicole and Sarah:

However, nothing there says which one is Nicole and which one is Sarah.

Then I find this post:

There someone has said this girl is in that magazine and her name is Sarah.

With a bit of googling I find the magazine on sale and luckily there were a few scans of the magazine
and one of them shows this girl in the middle of the page and the name Sarah assigned to her:

I also bumped into a scan of a magazine where she is alone in the cover,
and tried to look it up to see if her name was said to be Sarah there too
but now I can't find it anywhere.
It's like yesterday or the day before when I saw this picture but now it's again buried somewhere in hundreds if not thousands of posts.

I hope these pictures are enough to confirm her name (or at least one name that has been used for her).

The top 3 scans are from Seventeen Special magazine 48. And the bottom one from Seventeen magazine 285.

In those top images Sarah and Nicole are dressed identically to the way that they are in Schoolgirls Holiday 5 scene 2. So I assume this photoshoot is linked to that video.

The only time I have seen Sarah on the cover of a magazine is Seventeen Special 48. But that is not solo. Its with Nicole (identical to the pic used in the first of your three scans). That's not the one you're thinking of is it?
