Emma can be explained by Emma being Red Sonja's name before she got the new alias for her.
She was first Emma when KK asked people to come up with an alias for her
and they ended up choosing Red Sonja.
Janina might've also been a previous name to someone in the movie.

Her official alias became Erica Gracilis.
She was also called Krisse in KK's own forum where she had her own section.
She is originally from Sweden but moved to Finland and became Finnish.
Speaks both perfect Swedish and Finnish on video.
She started in late 2004 with KK and quit in 2005 because she got married.
These scenes of her (or at least the scenes related to the interview) were probably shot in December 2004.
