Old (Italian ?) movie I can't remember

Hi gents,
I'm looking for an old movie I had on VHS a long time ago. It was a "fil a film" distributed movie in France.
It is (I am not sure) an Italian porn movie in which the 1st scene consists in a guy (named Claudio in the movie if I remeber well) using his binoclars to spy on a brunette masturbating and then having fun with a man.
[In my memory she was gorgeous, so I'm looking for the movie to check if it is the case]
Claudio leaves his office (letting his 2 female assistants) and the movie goes on. The two women have sex and in the same time Claudio goes to his friend house. His friend is having an argument with his blond wife but they end up having a threesome.
