Those two texts look like they are made for this dvd release and aren't in the original movie.


Here we can see the movie's original title: "Huorat osa 1 Tallinna" (translated: Whores part 1 Tallinn)
The first text could be part of the title too, or a subtitle, or whatever: "Reportaasi Tallinnan y?el?m?st? ja ilotyt?ist?"
(translated: "Report of Tallinn's nightlife and prostitutes")

I think this was done by Kullervo Koivisto because some of the material appears in other movies associated with him.
However, that name or any other aliases of him don't appear in the credits.
No director has been assigned to the movie, but the "Reporter" is said to be Jarkko Vesivalo (any online searches show some other person with that name and he shouldn't be confused with this).

The movie is half-real half-fake(?) documentary/report about hookers in Tallinn (Estonia).
Some of the girls in the movie have their faces censored, which I think is just to make it look like a real deal, as if they are just regular hookers
who might need some id masking and not people who might already be familiar from some porn films.
Some of the same scenes have been shown at least in Once Upon a Time 8 uncensored.

This is confirmed as this footage appears uncensored in a later release, the title "Shocking Teens 3" (yet to be in database), here is a screenshot matching close to what's been posted. Notice the same background and all, KK's studio.

More information just found out! Censored girl "Eva" in this film is actually Mari Penkova, again in this film, this time confirmed.

2 things will confirm this.

1) She appears on the same set in Shocking Teens 3 like Linda's scene was later released on.

2) I found this rare picture from Seventeen 328 that is a still from this film. Notice the same lingerie being worn and the same shave design on her pubic hair.
