If your question is about using them to rent DVDs then:

Never had a problem with them at all. Been renting DVDs from them for over 2 months, and always been prompt in sending DVDs from the queue.

Customer support is excellent - no problems responding promptly to any of my queries.

It was a lucky find in the BGAFD forums that led me to them, answered all my questions before taking out a membership.
